- 1 Ripe avocado, sliced.
- 1 Tomato, diced or sliced.
- A handful of fresh lettuce leaves or baby spinach.
- (Optional) Shredded cheese or a light spread of Greek yogurt/hummus for extra creaminess.
- The Wrap:
- 2 Large flour tortillas or whole-wheat wraps.
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken slices with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Grill them over medium-high heat for about 4–5 minutes per side until fully cooked and golden brown. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice it into strips.
- Warm the Tortillas: Briefly heat the tortillas in a dry pan or microwave for 10 seconds until they are soft and pliable.
- Assemble:
- Lay the tortilla flat.
- Place a layer of lettuce in the center.
- Add the grilled chicken strips on top of the greens.
- Layer the avocado slices and tomatoes over the chicken.
- Roll it Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it tightly from the bottom up.
- Serve: Slice the wrap diagonally in half (as seen in the photo) and enjoy fresh.
