Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
4 large lettuce leaves (iceberg or romaine)
4 slices cheddar cheese
1 tomato (sliced)
ΒΌ cup onion (optional)
2 tbsp mayonnaise or keto sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
Divide beef into patties, season with salt & pepper.
Cook in skillet or grill 3β4 mins per side until done.
Add cheese on top and let melt.
Place patty on lettuce leaf.
Add tomato, onion & sauce.
Wrap with another lettuce leaf and serve.
