They’re soft, satisfying, and made with lower-carb ingredients perfect for a healthier treat!
Ingredients
1 Β½ cups almond flour
ΒΌ cup butter (softened)
β…“ cup sugar-free sweetener (erythritol or monk fruit)
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
Β½ tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
β…“ cup sugar-free chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 175Β°C (350Β°F).
Mix butter and sweetener until creamy.
Add egg and vanilla, then mix well.
Stir in almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
Fold in sugar-free chocolate chips.
Scoop small balls onto a lined baking tray.
Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden.
Let cool before serving.
