Fluffy Fried Milk Buns


Ingredients
3 cups flour
1 tbsp instant yeast
3 tbsp sugar
1 egg
1 cup warm milk
2 tbsp butter or oil
1/2 tsp salt
Oil for frying
Instructions
Mix warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Leave 5 minutes.
Add egg, butter, salt, and flour gradually.
Knead for 8–10 minutes until soft.
Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
Divide dough into small balls and flatten slightly.
Rest 15–20 minutes.
Fry in medium-hot oil until golden brown on both sides.
Drain on paper towels.
