Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to your heat preference)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup heavy cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
In a medium pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic to the pan and sautΓ© for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
Stir in the Cajun seasoning, paprika, and red pepper flakes, cooking for another 30 seconds to allow the spices to bloom.
Pour in the heavy cream and lemon juice, stirring to combine. Let the sauce simmer for 3-5 minutes, allowing it to thicken slightly.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, then remove from heat.
