Ingredients
1 cup water
4β6 whole cloves
1 tea bag (optional)
1 tsp honey or sweetener (optional)
Lemon slice (optional)
Instructions
Bring the water to a boil.
Add the cloves and let them simmer for 5β7 minutes.
Add the tea bag if desired and steep for 2 minutes.
Strain into a cup.
Add honey or lemon if you like, then enjoy warm.
