Cheesy Garlic Butter Steak Sliders

ingredients :

  • 1.5 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 15 slider rolls
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella or provolone cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • Optional: sautéed onions or peppers

instructions :

Step 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 3. Season steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Step 4. Cook steak for 3–5 minutes until browned. Stir in Worcestershire sauce.

Step 5. Slice slider rolls in half and place bottom halves in a baking dish.

Step 6. Layer steak evenly over the rolls. Add sautéed onions or peppers if desired.

Step 7. Sprinkle cheese over the steak.

Step 8. Place top halves of rolls on top.

Step 9. Mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley. Brush over the tops of the rolls.

Step 10. Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes.

Step 11. Remove foil and bake another 5 minutes until tops are golden and cheese is melted.

Step 12. Serve warm.
