Ingredients
2 cups oat flour
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped dried apricots or peaches
1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Mix eggs, applesauce, and almond milk.
Add oat flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.
Fold in raisins, dried fruit, and nuts.
Pour into a greased cake pan.
Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden.
