Ingredients:
For the Chicken:
500g chicken breast, thinly sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt & black pepper, to taste
For the Hot Honey Yogurt Sauce:
½ cup Greek yogurt
1–2 tsp hot honey (or honey mixed with chili flakes)
1 tsp lemon juice
Pinch of salt
For the Wraps:
4 whole wheat or regular wraps
½ cup cucumber, diced
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
½ cup fresh spinach or lettuce
Optional: crumbled feta cheese
Directions:
Cook the chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook 6–8 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
Make the sauce: In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, hot honey, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth.
Assemble wraps: Place spinach or lettuce on each wrap, then layer cooked chicken, cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion. Drizzle generously with hot honey yogurt sauce and add feta if desired.
Wrap & serve: Fold and roll each wrap tightly. Slice in half and serve immediately while warm.
