Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs ππ§
Ingredients:
For the Filling:
1 lb (450g) ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Β½ tsp salt
Β½ tsp black pepper
1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
For the Dough (shortcut option):
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough (8β10 pieces)
For the Garlic Butter Topping:
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
- Cook the Beef Filling:
In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned.
Add garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well and cook for 1β2 minutes more.
Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Assemble the Bombs:
Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
Flatten each biscuit or dough ball into a circle.
Place a spoonful of beef mixture in the center, then top with cheese.
Fold the dough around the filling and pinch to seal into a ball. Place seam-side down on a greased baking sheet.
- Add Garlic Parmesan Topping:
Mix melted butter, Parmesan, garlic powder, and parsley.
Brush generously over each dough ball.
- Bake:
Bake for 15β18 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve:
Serve warm with extra garlic butter or marinara sauce for dipping.
