Ingredients:
2 lobster tails, split in half8–10 large sea scallops, patted dry4 tbsp unsalted butter4 cloves garlic, mincedJuice of 1 lemonZest of ½ lemon (optional but amazing)Salt & pepper, to tasteChopped fresh parsleyA drizzle of olive oilOptional: pinch of red pepper flakes for heat Directions:
Prep the seafoodSplit lobster tails in half lengthwise.
Pat scallops dry and season both lobster and scallops with salt and pepper.Sear the scallopsHeat 1 tbsp olive oil in a hot pan.
Sear scallops 1.5–2 mins per side until golden crust forms.
Remove and set aside.Cook lobsterIn the same pan, add 2 tbsp butter and a splash of olive oil.Place lobster halves flesh-side down and cook 2–3 mins until they start to turn opaque.
Flip, add garlic, and baste with butter for another 2–3 mins.
Garlic butter magicAdd the rest of the butter, lemon juice, zest, and red pepper flakes (if using).
