- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese
- 10-12 Egg Roll wrappers

- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Dried Parsley
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper (optional for heat)
- Salt to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Beef Filling:
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the diced onion and garlic. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well and remove from heat.
- Let the mixture cool slightly, then stir in the shredded cheese.
2. Wrap the Egg Rolls:
- Lay an egg roll wrapper flat on a clean surface (diamond shape).
- Place about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center.
- Fold the bottom corner over the filling, tuck in the sides, and roll tightly.
- Use a dab of water on your finger to seal the top corner of the wrapper.
3. Fry to Perfection:
- Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
- Carefully place the egg rolls in the oil and fry for 3-5 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels or a wire rack.
4. Cook the Seasoned Fries:
- Deep fry or air-fry the potatoes until golden and crispy.
- While hot, toss the fries in a bowl with paprika, dried parsley, salt, and cayenne.
Pro Tips for the Best Results:
- Don’t Overfill: Be careful not to put too much filling, or the wrappers might tear during frying.
- Keep them Crunchy: To prevent sogginess, make sure the beef mixture isn’t too oily before wrapping.
- Dip it! Serve these with a side of spicy mayo, ranch dressing, or honey mustard for the ultimate experience.
