➤ Ingredients:
➊ 12 oz penne pasta
➋ 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
➌ 2 cups broccoli florets
➍ 2 cups Alfredo sauce
➎ 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
➏ ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
➐ 1 tbsp olive oil
➑ Salt and pepper to taste
➒ Optional: red pepper flakes for heat

Cook penne pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sauté broccoli for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, chicken, broccoli, Alfredo sauce, half of the mozzarella, and Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper.
Transfer to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 375°F for 20–25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Optional: broil for 2–3 minutes for a golden cheese top.
