- 4 medium tomatoes (fresh, ripe, finely diced)

- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (finely chopped)
- 1–2 tbsp lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin (optional)
Instructions
- Add the diced tomatoes, chopped onion, jalapeño, and cilantro to a large bowl.
- Pour in the lime juice and mix gently.
- Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and cumin.
- Stir everything well so the flavors combine.
- Let the salsa rest for about 10–15 minutes so the flavors blend together.
- Taste and adjust salt or lime juice if needed.
- Serve fresh with tortilla chips, tacos, grilled chicken, or nachos.
