Ingredients
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp powdered erythritol (or preferred zero-carb sweetener)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Pour the heavy cream into a mixing bowl.
- Add the cocoa powder, sweetener, and vanilla extract.
- Beat with an electric mixer until thick, fluffy peaks form.
- Spoon into serving glasses.
- Chill for 15–20 minutes before serving, if desired.
Optional: Top with a little cocoa powder or sugar-free chocolate shavings.
