Zero-Carb Fluffy Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

1 cup heavy whipping cream

2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

2 tbsp powdered erythritol (or preferred zero-carb sweetener)

1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Pour the heavy cream into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the cocoa powder, sweetener, and vanilla extract.
  3. Beat with an electric mixer until thick, fluffy peaks form.
  4. Spoon into serving glasses.
  5. Chill for 15–20 minutes before serving, if desired.

Optional: Top with a little cocoa powder or sugar-free chocolate shavings.

Servings: 2–4
