Sesame & Pumpkin Seed Crisps

Ingredients

1 cup sesame seeds

1 cup pumpkin seeds (pepitas)

2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

1 egg white

2 tbsp sugar (optional for sweeter taste)

Pinch of salt

1/2 tsp vanilla (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 170°C / 340°F.
  2. Mix sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds in a bowl.
  3. Add egg white, honey, salt, and vanilla. Stir until coated.
  4. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  5. Scoop small portions and flatten into thin circles.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden.
  7. Let cool completely — they become extra crispy after cooling.

Tips

For extra crunch, toast the seeds 2–3 minutes before mixing.

Add chia seeds or flaxseeds if you like.

Store in an airtight container for up to a week.

They’re great as a healthy snack with tea or coffee.
