Ingredients
3 ripe bananas
2 eggs
Β½ cup sugar or brown sugar
ΒΌ cup cocoa powder
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
ΒΌ cup melted butter or oil
Β½ cup chocolate chips (optional)
Chopped nuts for topping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350Β°F / 175Β°C.
Mash bananas in a bowl.
Mix in eggs, sugar, and melted butter/oil.
Stir in cocoa powder.
Add flour and baking powder; mix until smooth.
Fold in chocolate chips if using.
Pour into a greased loaf pan.
Bake for 35β45 minutes until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
Top with melted chocolate and chopped nuts.
