The Dry Ingredients

  • ​1 large Egg (or 3 tbsp liquid egg whites for lower fat).
  • ​1 tbsp Unsweetened applesauce (or Greek yogurt) to keep it moist.
  • ​1-2 tbsp Almond milk (add gradually until it’s a cake batter consistency).
  • ​Optional: A few drops of vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
