Ingredients:
- 2 lbs Beef Stew Meat (cubed)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 packet Au Jus Gravy Mix
- 1 cup Beef Broth (low sodium)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- Optional: Fresh rosemary or parsley for garnish.
Instructions:
- Place the cubed beef stew meat into the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, au jus mix, Worcestershire sauce, and spices in a measuring cup or small bowl.
- Pour the mixture over the beef.
- Cover and Cook on Low for 7–8 hours or High for 4 hours until the beef is melt-in-your-mouth tender.
- Serve over mashed potatoes, egg noodles, or steamed rice.
