Slow Cooker Beef Tips & Gravy

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs Beef Stew Meat (cubed)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 packet Au Jus Gravy Mix
  • 1 cup Beef Broth (low sodium)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • Optional: Fresh rosemary or parsley for garnish.

Instructions:

  1. Place the cubed beef stew meat into the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, au jus mix, Worcestershire sauce, and spices in a measuring cup or small bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture over the beef.
  4. Cover and Cook on Low for 7–8 hours or High for 4 hours until the beef is melt-in-your-mouth tender.
  5. Serve over mashed potatoes, egg noodles, or steamed rice.
