Rosemary Tea

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary (or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary)
  • 2 cups water
  • Honey or lemon (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Bring the water to a boil.
  2. Add the rosemary leaves.
  3. Let it simmer for 5–10 minutes.
  4. Strain into a cup.
  5. Add honey or lemon if desired.

Drink 1 cup in the morning and 1 in the evening for up to 15 days.
