Condensed Milk Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
All-purpose flour – 1 cup
Unsweetened cocoa powder – ½ cup
Butter – ¾ cup, softened
Sweetened condensed milk – ¾ cup
Sugar – ¼ cup
Water – ½ cup
Eggs – 2
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Salt – ¼ tsp
Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease an 8-inch cake pan and keep aside.
Take a bowl and beat butter and sugar until soft and creamy.
Add condensed milk and mix well until smooth.
Add eggs and vanilla extract. Mix gently.
Sift flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt together.
Add the dry ingredients to the batter little by little, alternating with water. Mix until smooth and lump-free.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and tap lightly.
Bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool completely, slice, and serve plain or with chocolate glaze.
