Healthy Roasted Chicken and Veggies Skillet

Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

2 cups broccoli florets

1 zucchini, sliced

1 red bell pepper, chopped

1 cup carrots, sliced

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp dried oregano

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken and vegetables.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss well.
  4. Spread everything evenly in a large oven-safe skillet or baking dish.
  5. Roast for 25–30 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until the chicken is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
