Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Place small piles of mozzarella cheese on the tray and flatten slightly.
Top each cheese pile with 1 slice of pepperoni.
Bake for 7–10 minutes until golden and crispy.
Let cool for a few minutes — they crisp up more as they cool.
