- 300ml Warm milk (For softness)
- 10g Dry yeast (To make it rise)
- 18g Sugar & 10g Salt (For balance)
- 40ml Vegetable oil (For a smooth texture)

- 250-300g Grated Cheese (Kashar or Mozzarella)
- 1 Egg yolk mixed with 1 tbsp of oil (For the golden shine)
- Sesame seeds (The final touch)
Simple Steps to Follow:
- Prepare the Yeast: Mix the warm milk, sugar, and yeast in a small bowl. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until it becomes bubbly and active.
- Make the Dough: In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and the oil. Knead everything together for about 10 minutes until you have a smooth, soft dough.
- Rest Time: Cover your dough and let it rest in a warm place for 1 hour. It should double in size and become very airy.
- Fill it Up: Divide the dough into two balls. Flatten one into a circle, place a generous amount of cheese in the middle, then fold the edges over to seal the cheese inside. Flip it over and press it down gently into a flat disc.
- Design & Shine: Use a knife to lightly mark a “diamond” pattern on top. Brush it with the egg yolk and oil mixture, then sprinkle the sesame seeds on top.
