6 Garlic Butter Rice

1️⃣Garlic Butter Rice

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp garlic (minced)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp parsley (chopped)

Instructions:

  1. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add cooked rice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss well until heated through.
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve.

2️⃣Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup cooked chicken (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup mixed vegetables
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a pan or wok.
  2. Add garlic and sauté briefly.
  3. Add vegetables and cook for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Push to one side, scramble the egg.
  5. Add chicken and mix everything.
  6. Add rice and soy sauce, stir-fry well.
  7. Cook for 2–3 minutes and serve hot.

3️⃣ Cumin (Jeera) Rice

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. Heat ghee in a pan.
  2. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.
  3. Add cooked rice and salt.
  4. Mix gently and heat through.
  5. Serve warm.

4️⃣ Lemon Rice

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1–2 green chilies
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil and add mustard seeds.
  2. Let them pop, then add green chilies.
  3. Add rice and salt, mix well.
  4. Turn off heat and add lemon juice.
  5. Mix gently and serve.

5️⃣ Schezwan Rice

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 2 tbsp Schezwan sauce
  • ½ cup vegetables
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add garlic and sauté.
  3. Add vegetables and cook slightly.
  4. Add rice and mix well.
  5. Add Schezwan sauce and toss.
  6. Cook for 2–3 minutes and serve.

6️⃣ Coconut Rice

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • ½ cup grated coconut
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 8–10 curry leaves
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add mustard seeds and let them crackle.
  3. Add curry leaves and sauté.
  4. Add coconut and cook lightly.
  5. Add rice and salt, mix gently.
  6. Heat through and serve.
