Mini Pizza RecipeIngredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp instant yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup warm water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
    Toppings:
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup cooked chicken, diced
  • ¼ cup black olives, sliced
  • ¼ cup sweet corn
  • ¼ cup red bell pepper, diced
  • ¼ cup green bell pepper, diced
    Instructions;
  1. Mix flour, yeast, sugar, salt, warm water, and olive oil. Knead into a smooth dough. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
  2. Divide the dough into small balls and flatten them into mini pizza bases. Press the center slightly to form a rim.
  3. Spread pizza sauce evenly over each base using a spoon.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  5. Add chicken, olives, corn, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (425°F) for 10–12 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  7. Let cool slightly and serve warm.
