- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ cup warm water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Toppings:
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup cooked chicken, diced
- ¼ cup black olives, sliced
- ¼ cup sweet corn
- ¼ cup red bell pepper, diced
- ¼ cup green bell pepper, diced
Instructions;
- Mix flour, yeast, sugar, salt, warm water, and olive oil. Knead into a smooth dough. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- Divide the dough into small balls and flatten them into mini pizza bases. Press the center slightly to form a rim.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over each base using a spoon.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Add chicken, olives, corn, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (425°F) for 10–12 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly and serve warm.
