Ingredients

Beef: 1 lb (450 g) ribeye steak,

thinly sliced

and 1 green bell pepper (thinly sliced)

Seasoning: 1 tsp garlic powder,

.Bread: 4 hoagie rolls.

Cheese: 8 slices provolone cheese.

Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced onion and green bell pepper.

Cook until they are softened and caramelized (about 6–8 minutes). Remove them from the skillet and set aside.

Sear the Steak:

Add the thinly sliced ribeye to the same skillet.

Season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Cook for 2–3 minutes until the meat is browned.
