Ingredients

For the Filling:

  • 1 Large egg
  • 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
  • Optional seasoning: 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder and a pinch of dried oregano or parsley.

For the Coating (Breading):

  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 Eggs (beaten with a splash of milk)
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs (Panko works best for extra crunch)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cheese Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the shredded cheese, Parmesan, one egg, flour, and seasonings. Mix well until the cheese starts to clump together and can be molded.
