Ingredients

Instructions
- Prepare the Cheese Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the shredded cheese, Parmesan, one egg, flour, and seasonings. Mix well until the cheese starts to clump together and can be molded.
- Shape the Balls: Scoop about one tablespoon of the mixture and roll it between your palms to form a smooth ball (about the size of a walnut). Pro Tip: Place the shaped balls in the freezer for 15–20 minutes before coating. This prevents them from bursting or melting too quickly in the oil.
