β 12 oz penne pasta
β 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
β 2 cups broccoli florets
β 2 cups Alfredo sauce
β 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
β Β½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
β 1 tbsp olive oil
β Salt and pepper to taste
β Optional: red pepper flakes for heat

Cook penne pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sautΓ© broccoli for 3β4 minutes until tender-crisp.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, chicken, broccoli, Alfredo sauce, half of the mozzarella, and Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper.
