- Classic French Fries
Ingredients:
- 500 g potatoes
- Oil for frying
- Salt
Instructions:
- Peel and cut potatoes into thin sticks.
- Rinse well and pat completely dry.
- Heat oil to 340–355°F (170–180°C).
- Fry for 5–7 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Drain and sprinkle salt.
- Loaded Chicken Cheese Fries
Ingredients:
- 500 g fries (prepared)
- 150 g shredded cheddar or mozzarella
- 100 g cooked chicken (small pieces)
Instructions:
- Prepare fries as above.
- Spread fries on a baking tray.
- Add chicken and cheese on top.
- Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 5–7 minutes until cheese melts.
- Serve hot.
- Garlic Parmesan Fries
Ingredients:
- 500 g potatoes
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 50 g parmesan cheese
- Parsley (optional)
- Salt
Instructions:
- Fry potatoes for 5–7 minutes until crispy.
- Heat oil and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
- Toss fries with garlic, parmesan, and parsley.
- Add salt and serve immediately.
- Spicy Cajun Fries
Ingredients:
- 500 g potatoes
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt
Instructions:
- Fry potatoes until golden and crispy (5–7 minutes).
- Mix spices with oil.
- Toss fries in seasoning until evenly coated.
- Serve hot.
