For the Internal Filling:

sauce
1 cup Shredded Mozzarella cheeseFor
the Topping:
Extra Pizza sauce
1 ½ cups Mozzarella & Cheddar cheese mixBeef Pepperoni slicesSliced Jalapeños or Green peppersInstructionsPrepare the Dough: Mix the dry
ingredients,
then add oil and water gradually. Knead until smooth. Cover and let it rise in a warm place for about an hour.Assembly: Divide the dough into two parts (one larger for the base and sides, one smaller for the middle layer).
The Base: Grease a deep-dish pan or a springform pan. Roll out the larger dough piece and line the bottom and the high sides of the pan.
The Stuffing:
* Add a thin layer of cheese at the bottom.
Pack in the cooked ground beef (ensure the beef is drained of excess fat).Spread a little sauce and another layer of cheese over the meat.
The Seal: Roll out the smaller piece of dough and place it directly over the meat filling. Pinch the edges to seal it with the side dough.
The Pizza Top: Spread a generous layer of pizza sauce on this top crust. Add plenty of cheese, pepperoni slices, and jalapeños.
Baking: Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 25–30 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Tip: Let the “pizza cake” rest for 5–10 minutes after taking it out of the oven. This helps the layers set so it doesn’t fall apart when you slice it.
