Slow Cooker Pineapple Pork Loin

Ingredients:

2 to 3 pounds pork loin●

1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained●

1/4 cup soy sauce●

1/4 cup brown sugar●

2 cloves garlic, minced●

1 teaspoon ground ginger●

1/2 teaspoon black pepper●

1/4 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

Place the pork loin in the slow cooker. In a separate bowl, mix together the crushed pineapple, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and black pepper. Pour the pineapple mixture over the pork loin, ensuring it is well coated. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or until the pork is tender and easily shreds with a fork. Once cooked, remove the pork from the slow cooker and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve the sliced pork with the pineapple sauce spooned over the top, and garnish with chopped green onions. Preparation Time: 15 minutes
