One-Pot Creamy Parmesan Garlic Beef Bowtie Pasta

This comforting dish is rich, savory, and incredibly easy to make since everything cooks in just one pan.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 3 cups Beef broth
  • 8 oz Bowtie pasta (Farfalle)
  • 1 cup Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Brown the Beef: In a large skillet or deep pan over medium heat, cook the ground beef with the Worcestershire sauce and Italian seasoning. Cook until browned and fully cooked through. Drain any excess grease.
  2. Sauté Garlic: Add the butter and minced garlic to the pan with the beef. Stir for about 1 minute until the butter is melted and the garlic is fragrant.
  3. Simmer Pasta: Pour in the beef broth and add the uncooked bowtie pasta. Stir well and bring the mixture to a boil.
  4. Cook: Once boiling, reduce the heat to low-medium and cover the skillet with a lid. Let it simmer for 12–15 minutes, or until the pasta is tender and most of the liquid has been absorbed.
  5. Make it Creamy: Remove the lid and stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Continue to stir for 1–2 minutes until the cheese is melted and the sauce has thickened into a creamy coating.
  6. Serve: Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.

Pro Tip: For the best texture, use freshly grated Parmesan rather than the bottled kind—it melts much smoother into the sauce!
