Ingredients
1/2 cup Butter
1 cup Mashed Sweet Potato (provides moisture and natural sweetness)
1/2 cup Almond Butter
1/4 cup Maple Butter
1/4 cup Maple Syrup
1/2 tsp Vanilla Powder (labeled as “vaning powder” in the image)
Pinch of SaltDark Chocolate Chips
Preparation
Steps (Suggested)Prep:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
Combine Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the melted butter, mashed sweet potato, almond butter, maple butter, and maple syrup until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Season: Stir in the vanilla powder and the pinch of salt.
Fold in Chocolate: Gently fold in the dark chocolate chips.
Bake: Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan. Bake for approximately 20–25 minutes or until the edges are set.
Cool & Cut: Since this recipe uses sweet potato and nut butters, it will be very soft when hot.
Let it cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares (as shown in the image).
Comparison with your Saved RecipeThis is a very different approach compared to your personal recipe for Cookies Made From Brownie Mix (which uses eggs, oil, and flour).
Texture: This version will be much denser and “fudgier” due to the sweet potato.Dietary: This is a grain-free/flourless alternative, whereas your mix-based recipe is a classic, quick treat.
