Cookies Made From Brownie Mix DON’T LOSE

Preparation Instructions:

Preheat & Prep:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line your baking sheets with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat to prevent sticking.

Mix: In a large bowl,

combine the brownie mix and the all-purpose flour.

Add the 2 eggs and 1/4 cup of vegetable oil. Stir with a spoon or spatula until a thick, stiff dough forms.

Add Chips: Fold in the 1 cup of chocolate chips (if using).

Scoop: Use a cookie scoop or a tablespoon to drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets. Space them about 2 inches apart, as they will spread slightly.

Bake: Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.

Important:

Do not overbake! The edges should be set, but the centers should still look slightly soft and underdone. They will firm up as they cool.

Cool: Let the cookies rest on the baking sheet for at least 5–10 minutes before moving them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Pro Tips:

For Extra Shine: If you want that classic “crackly” brownie top, make sure your eggs are at room temperature before mixing.

Storage:

Keep them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days to keep them fudgy.
