Ingredients:
2 cups All-purpose flour.
1 tbsp Baking powder.
A pinch of salt.
Wet Ingredients:
2 Large eggs.
1 cup Granulated sugar.
1 cup Whole milk (at room temperature).
1/2 cup Vegetable oil.
1 tsp Vanilla extract.
Instructions
Preheat & Prepare:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).Grease your baking pan (round or bundt style) with butter and a light dusting of flour.
Whisk Eggs & Sugar:
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together until the mixture is pale and fluffy.
Add Liquids:
Gradually pour in the vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla extract while continuing to whisk.Incorporate Dry
Ingredients:
Sift the flour and baking powder into the wet mixture.Gently fold with a spatula or whisk until just combined (do not over-mix, or the cake will be tough).
Bake:
Pour the batter into the prepared pan.Bake for 30–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cooling:
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack or wooden serving board.
