Cabbage Fat-burning Soup

Ingredients:

1 large cabbage, chopped.1 large onion, chopped.

2 large carrots, sliced.

3 celery stalks, chopped.

2 green bell peppers, chopped.

1-2 cans of diced tomatoes.

6-8 cups of water or vegetable broth.

Seasoning:

Salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and a pinch of chili flakes (optional).

Instructions:

Prep:

Heat a large pot over medium heat with a splash of oil or water.

Sauté:

Add the onion, carrots, and celery. Cook until slightly softened.

Combine:

Add the cabbage, bell peppers, tomatoes, and broth/water.Simmer: Bring to a boil, then reduce heat. Let it simmer for 20-30 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Serve:

Season to taste and enjoy it hot.
