Bacon Brown Sugar Chicken Tenders

Ingredients:
● 2 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
● 8 slices bacon
● 1/2 cup brown sugar
● 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
● 1/8 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
Instructions:
Heat the oven to 375 degrees.
Slice each chicken breast into 4 tender-style strips.
In a bowl, stir together the brown sugar, kosher salt, and black pepper.
Add the chicken tenders and toss until they’re fully coated in the sugar mixture.
Wrap each tender with a slice of bacon and place it in a baking dish.
Scatter any remaining brown sugar mixture over the top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the bacon is crisp and cooked through.
