#### **Ingredients**
**For the Steak Bites:**
* 1½ lbs sirloin or ribeye steak, cubed
* Salt & pepper, to taste
* 1 tsp smoked paprika
* 2 tbsp olive oil
* 3 tbsp butter
* 4 garlic cloves, minced
**For the Chipotle White Cheddar Shells:**
* 12 oz pasta shells
* 2 tbsp butter
* 2 garlic cloves, minced
* 1 cup heavy cream
* 1 cup milk
* 1½ cups shredded white cheddar
* 2 chipotle peppers in adobo (minced)
* Salt & pepper to taste
#### **Instructions**
1. Cook pasta; drain and set aside.
2. Sear seasoned steak bites in olive oil over medium-high heat; add butter and garlic. Sauté until browned. Remove from pan.
3. In same pan, melt butter and garlic, stir in cream and milk. Add chipotle and whisk until thickened.
4. Stir in cheddar until melted. Combine with pasta.
5. Serve steak bites over chipotle shells and drizzle with garlic butter from the pan
