- 1 teaspoon Baking powder.
- 1 Large egg.
- 1 cup Powdered sugar (for the glaze).
Instructions
- Prepare the Apples: Peel and dice the apples into small, even pieces. Toss them with a little cinnamon to prevent browning.

- Combine: Fold the diced apples into the batter until they are well-coated.
- Bake: * Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Scoop large spoonfuls of the mixture onto the tray, spacing them apart.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until they are golden brown and springy to the touch.
- Make the Glaze: While the fritters are baking, whisk together the remaining 1/2 cup of milk with powdered sugar until smooth.
- Glaze & Serve: Once the fritters have cooled slightly, drizzle the glaze generously over the top.
Tip: These are best served warm with a cup of coffee or tea!
