Ingredients
4 cups chopped vegetables.4 cups sliced celery.1 cup diced celery.1 large onion.8 cups flour-coated meat, cubed and browned.2 cups beef broth.2 tsp dried herbs.2 tsp dried thyme.Salt & Pepper to taste.Fresh herbs for garnish.
Instructions
Prepare the Meat: Coat the cubed meat in flour and brown it in a large pot with a little oil until golden.
Sauté Vegetables: Add the large onion, sliced celery, and diced celery to the pot.
Simmer: Pour in the beef broth and add the dried thyme, herbs, salt, and pepper.Cook: Let the stew simmer on low heat until the meat is tender and the sauce has thickened.
Serve: Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
