Ingredients:
2 cups flour,
3/4 cup softened butter,
3/4 cup powdered sugar,
1 egg yolk,
1 tsp vanilla extract.
Instructions:
Cream the softened butter and powdered sugar together until fluffy.
Mix in the egg yolk and vanilla.
Gradually stir in the flour until a smooth dough forms.
Pipe into shapes and bake at 170°C for 10-12 minutes.
2. Fudgy Brownie Cookies
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter,
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips,
3/4 cup sugar,
1/4 cup brown sugar,
2 eggs,
1 tsp vanilla extract,
3/4 cup flour,
1 tsp baking powder.
Instructions:
Melt the butter with
1 cup of chocolate chips.
In a separate bowl,
whisk eggs and sugars for 5 minutes until thick.
Fold in the melted chocolate, then add flour and baking powder. Stir in the remaining chocolate chips. Bake at 180°C for 10-12 minutes.3. Jam Thumbprint Cookies
Ingredients:
1 2/3 cups flour,
3/4 cup softened butter,
1/2 cup sugar,
1 egg yolk,
1/2 tsp vanilla extract, Jam for filling.
Instructions:
Mix butter and sugar, then add the egg yolk and vanilla.
Blend in the flour.
Roll into balls and press your thumb in the center to make a hole.
Bake for 10 minutes, fill the center with jam, and bake for 2 more minutes.
4. Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
2 cups flour,
3/4 cup softened butter,
3/4 cup sugar,
1/4 cup brown sugar,
1 egg + 1 yolk,
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips, 1 tsp vanilla extract.
Instructions:
Beat butter and both sugars until light. Mix in the egg, yolk, and vanilla. Stir in the flour, then fold in the chocolate chips. Scoop onto a tray and bake at 180°C for 10-12 minutes.
