Creamy Crockpot Ham & Potatoes

Ingredients:🛒

4 to 5 medium potatoes,

peeled and thinly sliced

2 cups cooked ham,

diced

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

½ cup milk

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon paprika (optional for color)

1 tablespoon butter (for greasing the crockpot)

Instructions:🧑‍🍳

1. Prepare the Crockpot:

Lightly grease the inside of your crockpot with butter or nonstick spray.

2. Mix the Sauce:In a bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika until smooth.

3. Layer the Ingredients:

Arrange a layer of potato slices on the bottom of the crockpot.

Add a layer of diced ham, a sprinkle of chopped onion, and a handful of shredded cheese.Spoon a small amount of the creamy soup mixture over the layer.Repeat the layers (potatoes → ham → onions → cheese → sauce) until all ingredients are used, finishing with cheese on top.

4. Cook:Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours or HIGH for 3 to 4 hours, until the potatoes are tender and the sauce is thick and creamy.

5. Serve:

Gently stir before serving to coat all layers with sauce.Serve hot, directly from the crockpot.Enjoy
