Ingredients:

1 cup all-purpose flour.

1/2 cup yogurt.

1 tsp baking powder.

A pinch of salt (optional).

Instructions:

Mix: In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the yogurt and mix until a dough forms.

Knead:

Lightly knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth. If it’s too sticky, add a little more flour.

Shape: Divide the dough into small balls or oval shapes (as shown in the image).

Cook (No-Oven):

Heat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat. Place the bread in the pan and cover it with a lid.

Brown:

Cook for a few minutes on each side until they puff up and turn golden brown.
